How do I receive my product after paying?
As soon as your crypto payment is confirmed on the blockchain, a secure download link is automatically emailed to the address you entered at checkout. Delivery usually takes 1–5 minutes depending on network confirmation times.
Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?

Do I need to create an account?
No. DigiVault is account-free. Just choose a product, enter your delivery email, and pay. You can check the status of any order anytime on the Track Order page using your Order ID.
How long do I have access to my purchase?
Forever. Every purchase comes with lifetime access. Your secure download link stays valid, and you can reach out to support anytime to re-issue it if needed.
What happens if my payment is slightly short?
Crypto swaps and bridges sometimes deduct network fees, which can leave a small shortfall on the amount that arrives. When that happens, your order is flagged as "partially paid" and you'll be prompted to contact our team with your Order ID. We verify your transaction and release your download manually.
My payment is taking a while to confirm. Is that normal?
Yes — confirmation time depends on the coin and network congestion. Bitcoin can take longer during busy periods, while coins like LTC, TRX, and USDT-TRC20 confirm quickly. You can watch live status on the Track Order page.
Can I get a refund?
Because products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. However, if a file is corrupted, missing, or not as described, contact us and we'll fix it or issue a resolution. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Is my information safe?
Absolutely. We only collect the email address needed to deliver your order. We never store card or wallet credentials, and we never sell your data. Read our Privacy Policy for specifics.

I never received my download email. What do I do?
First, check your spam and promotions folders. If it's still missing, head to the Track Order page to confirm your payment status, or contact support with your Order ID and we'll re-send it right away.
