Because all products on DigiVault are digital goods delivered instantly, purchases are generally considered final once the download link has been issued. This is standard practice for digital marketplaces, as products cannot be "returned" once downloaded.
That said, we stand behind every product. We will provide a fix, replacement, or refund in cases such as:
If a crypto swap or network fee caused your payment to arrive short, your order will be marked "partially paid". This is not a charge you lose — simply contact us with your Order ID and we'll either release your download once the balance is settled, or guide you through a resolution.

Approved refunds are issued in cryptocurrency to a wallet address you provide. Please note that network fees may apply to the refund transaction, and the refunded crypto value reflects the amount received at the time of the original payment.
